I don't understand the other reviews saying they had fair pricing. They came out to the house twice and charged me an hour travel @ $90 each time. Their address is 1.2 miles from my house and is a 3 minute drive away. Even if they charged from job to job I really have a hard time believing it takes an hour from any two points in Cary. So that was $180 just for them to drive to the house plus the time it took them to diagnose the problem. I even did the excavating to access the line outside the home. Then they diagnosed the problem and said they had to dig up the pad in the house to fix it. After several days Terry gave me an estimate that was ridiculously high. I called a few other companies and they all came out with no travel time charge and properly diagnosed the problem. Their estimates were 1/3 or less than the price Terry gave me saving me thousands. I got it fixed in one day where Turner was going to tear into our living room and disrupt the inside of the house unnecessarily on a job that would have taken days. I would highly recommend calling Cary Plumbing or anybody else but these guys.

Terry has now done 2 seperate jobs for us. He is honest, fair and efficient. His prices are by far the most reasonable I have seen and he doesn't try to take advantage of you. I would reccommend him to anyone and will continue to call Turner Plumbing in the future. 👍👍

Turner Plumbing Services repiped our whole house, removed vanities and changed faucets. They did a wonderful job, accommodated special requests and were very professional. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job you may have.

New to the area - had a problem with sulfur smell coming from the hot water. Terry did a good draining/flushing out the hot water tank and installing a new aluminum/zinc anode rod. I was pleased with his work. Will be using Turner Plumbing (Terry) in the future and recommending to others.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH these folks! Turner Plumbing came highly recommended from angies list and they didn't dissappoint! They isolated the problem with a bad water heater in the attick in my home in Holly Springs. I called in the morning and got same day service...and their rates were reasonable. Call Terry or Rosanna if you have a plumming issue in Raleigh or Holly Springs!

What should have been a straight-forward repair that took <1 hr to do (based or same repair performed before) ended up taking 8 1/2 billable hours. I had OEM replacement parts ready to simply be installed, but one part ended up being determined defective as soon as first installed (leaking). Long story short: multiple hours spent trying to fix defective part rather than just ceasing the work, having me order another one, and reinstalling it (which worked).
